Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders ship from New York within 3–4 business days. High-volume periods (holidays, promotions) may extend processing times.
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your package is handed off to USPS, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Electric Living LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Because our products are edible, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. We are not responsible for damage or loss once the package is in USPS’s possession.
