Return & Refund Policy

General Overview

Electric Living is a small, founder-run wellness brand creating functional food and sustainable merch in small batches. Because our products fall into two categories — edible functional foods and print-on-demand merchandise — each category follows a different return and refund policy.


Myc Drop (Edible Product)

All Sales Are Final

Because Myc Drop is an edible product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. This includes:

  • Customer changes of mind
  • Disliking taste or texture
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Packages lost or delayed by USPS
  • Minor cosmetic melting or softening during warm weather shipping

Temperature Note & Melting Policy

Myc Drop contains 100% cacao chocolate chips, which naturally begin to soften or melt around 95°F (35°C).

If your order arrives warm, this does not affect product safety or potency. Simply place Myc Drop in the fridge for 8-12 minutes to help solidify the chocolate chips.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives severely damaged (beyond normal carrier handling), email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging & product

We will review the issue case-by-case. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will always take care of you with fairness and integrity.


Electric Living Merch (Print-on-Demand Apparel)

Produced Sustainably, Shipped Separately

All apparel and merch are printed individually through our manufacturing partner to reduce waste. Because items are made to order, returns are limited.

Return Eligibility

Merch may be eligible for replacement or refund ONLY if:

  • The item arrives misprinted
  • The wrong item is sent
  • The product arrives damaged or defective

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merch.

What’s Required

Email hello@electricliving.io with:

  • Your Electric Living order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or printing error

Non-Returnable Merch Items

Our manufacturing partner cannot accept returns for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • “Change of mind” returns
  • Accurate prints that match the customer’s order

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was misprinted or defective.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is scanned by USPS or our merch production partners, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Electric Living is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered”
  • Delays due to USPS or production backlogs
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

If your tracking is stuck for 5+ days, please reach out to USPS first for GPS-level detail. After that, email us and we’ll do our best as a small team to support you.


Cancellations

Myc Drop

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they immediately enter fulfillment.

Merch

Orders can sometimes be canceled only if production has not started yet. Email us as soon as possible — we can’t guarantee cancellation, but we’ll try.
