Where We Ship
Electric Living currently ships Myc Drop and select merchandise within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. If you'd like to see us in your country, send us a note — we’re listening.
Processing Times
All Myc Drop orders are packed and shipped from New York. We typically process orders within 3–4 business days. During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday seasons), processing may take longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on USPS. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
Separate Shipments (Myc Drop + Merch)
All Electric Living apparel and merch are made through print-on-demand partners to reduce waste and avoid dead inventory — a more sustainable model that allows us to create better goods without unnecessary manufacturing.
Because of this:
- Merch ships separately from Myc Drop.
- Merch arrives in its own package, directly from our production partner.
- Shipping times for merch can vary depending on their location and workload (typically 5–10 business days).
Warm Weather & Chocolate Chips
Myc Drop contains 100% cacao chocolate chips with a melting point around ~95°F (35°C). During warm months, chocolate chips may soften or melt slightly during transit.
This does not affect product safety or efficacy — simply pop your Myc Drop in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to bring the texture back to normal.
Order Accuracy & Address Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes.
Electric Living is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS
- Lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are with the carrier
Tracking Issues
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, or your package is marked “delivered” but missing, reach out to USPS first — they can access GPS delivery data we cannot.

Out of Stock / Backorders
We work in small batches to keep everything fresh and intentional. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you immediately with options.
Environmental Commitment
Electric Living is committed to minimizing waste. We ship Myc Drop in recyclable materials whenever possible, and our merch is printed on demand to avoid overproduction.
