SHIPPING
Electric Living shall not be held liable for any lost, broken, or damaged items once they have been scanned into possession by USPS.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted through the USPS website.
According to USPS policy, it is required that you retain the entire damaged package, including the box/envelope, packaging, broken item, etc., and present it to USPS upon request for inspection. Failure to retain all components before filing a claim may result in denial of reimbursement by USPS, so it is important to keep everything intact.
MISSING ITEMS
In the event that your package is marked as delivered but is not in your mailbox, kindly inquire with your postal carrier and file a lost package claim with USPS.
Should your package be delivered to an incorrect address due to an input error on your part, you will be responsible for covering a second shipping fee to have it redirected to your address. Electric Living will not issue refunds for orders with incorrect address entries.
REFUNDS
Electric Living will not process cancellations or refunds for any orders during update weekend, regardless of the circumstances, due to the significant increase in order volume.
If there are any errors with your order, kindly reach out to Electric Living Botanicals promptly. Replacement of items will not be facilitated if the request is made more than two weeks after the shipping date. Electric Living is not liable for inventory depletion resulting from a lack of communication from the buyer or a cessation of communication until a resolution is reached, which involves the issuance of new tracking information.
